Buy: from Your verified bank / payment / EMI account, EUR or USD; to Credium, which receives, verifies and converts; then to Your verified wallet / crypto-provider account, USDC or EURC · Ethereum. All accounts belong to the same customer.
You send EUR or USD using the route's instructions: an assigned IBAN that may be in your name, or in Credium's name with a mandatory payment reference. Credium receives and reconciles the payment, then delivers USDC or EURC from its own treasury.

Credium does not hold the private keys to your external wallets and never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Wallet control is verified with a signed message that cannot authorise spending.
Our conversion model- Do the accounts have to be in my name?
- Yes. Every source and destination must belong to the same verified customer. A business uses the business's own accounts and wallets, not those of its directors or shareholders.
- Can I reuse a route?
- Yes. A route stays active until you cancel it or it is suspended. Each new transfer to the route is a separate conversion order.
- Is my price fixed when I create a route?
- No. The price reference renews for each deposit. Execution happens after receipt and reconciliation; if the adverse movement reaches your selected tolerance, the order is returned instead of converted.
- Is gas included?
- Ordinary blockchain gas for Credium's successful conversion and delivery is included in the 1% spread. Your own bank, wallet or provider may charge separately.
- Can I cancel or get a return?
- Cancelling a route stops new orders. Unconverted returns carry no 1% spread, but actual network, bank, provider or revert costs may be deducted.
- How long does it take?
- The platform is available 24/7, but that does not mean instant settlement or round-the-clock human support. Timing depends on bank processing, blockchain confirmations, reconciliation and compliance checks.
