1. Parties and scope

These terms apply to the conversion service supplied by CREDIUM DIGITAL LTD., BC1582240, at the address stated on the Regulatory information page. “You” means the verified individual customer or the verified business represented by an authorised person. An individual acting for a business confirms their authority to bind that business.

The service description in How it works, the Pricing and execution policy, including Availability, cancellation and returns, the Eligibility and financial crime controls, the Prohibited activities policy and Key risks form part of these terms. The Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal information. Any separate regulated service provided directly by another institution is governed by that institution's own agreement.

2. Acceptance and route mandate

You accept these terms and the displayed route conditions before activating a route. The agreed route identifies the permitted source and destination, assets, pricing method and tolerance. Each deposit creates a separate order under that mandate. A route is not a standing guarantee of an exchange rate or a facility to hold a spendable balance.

You authorise Credium to receive the input for conversion, deduct the disclosed 1% spread upon conversion, execute under the accepted arrival-pricing conditions and deliver the output to the verified destination. Where execution conditions are not met, the return policy applies. We do not require a further acceptance of an ordinary order that falls within the existing mandate.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, current information and promptly report material changes to identity, address, ownership, representatives or expected activity. Use funds and assets that you lawfully own and may transfer. Follow the exact funding instructions and confirm that your destination supports the token, network and currency.

Protect your login credentials and external accounts, and promptly report suspected compromise, an unauthorised instruction or an error. Do not use the service on behalf of an undisclosed third party, to evade restrictions or to conduct unlawful activity. We never require disclosure of your wallet seed phrase or private key.

Comply with the Prohibited activities policy and do not use the service in connection with any activity it excludes.

4. Execution and records

Receipt of funds does not override verification, sanctions, ownership, pricing or network requirements. An order proceeds only when the accepted execution conditions are met. We may pause or reject an order for a legal restriction, unresolved ownership or compliance issue, unsupported asset or network, unavailable reliable price or other failure of those conditions.

Your order record sets out the amount received, execution price, spread, output, status and relevant settlement references. Inform support promptly if you believe a record is incorrect. This does not shorten a statutory complaint or limitation period.

5. Changes, suspension and closure

You may cancel a route for future orders. Cancellation or changes do not retrospectively replace the conditions of an order already received. An executed blockchain transfer or completed conversion cannot ordinarily be cancelled; a later reverse conversion is a separate transaction.

We may suspend a route or service where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, unsupported activity or a material breach of the terms. We explain the position where legally permitted and handle remaining assets under the applicable order or return process.

Material changes to fees, execution rules or your route mandate are communicated before applying to future orders, with renewed acceptance where required. If your existing mandate no longer supports execution, the route is suspended or new deposits are returned rather than executed under unaccepted material terms. Existing orders retain their applicable accepted conditions, subject to mandatory law.

6. Responsibility and remedies

You bear ordinary market movements within your accepted tolerance and losses attributable to instructions you provide incorrectly, subject to applicable law and any contribution by Credium. External networks and institutions can cause delay or loss, but their involvement does not remove duties for which Credium remains responsible under law or this agreement.

Credium remains responsible for its own breaches and errors to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct, waives mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or prevents access to a regulator or competent court. Where Credium identifies an execution or accounting error, it investigates and provides the correction or remedy required in the circumstances.

7. Data handling and service communications

We use and disclose information for verification, conversion, settlement, fraud prevention, compliance, support and recordkeeping as described in the Privacy Notice. This can involve Sumsub, banks, payment institutions, crypto providers and other relevant providers. Where consent is required, we obtain it for the described purposes and recipients. Accepting these terms does not authorise unlimited disclosure or automatic sharing with another company using the Credium brand.

We send operational, security and contractual notices through the platform or your registered contact details. Optional marketing requires the applicable separate choice. Keep your contact details current.

8. Complaints and governing law

Contact support@credium.com or use the in-app livechat to raise an issue. The complaints process described in Support and complaints applies without charge.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. This choice does not remove mandatory protections or court rights that apply to you under another applicable law. Disputes may be brought before a court with competent jurisdiction; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
