How it works

Version 1.0 · 25 September 2026 · CREDIUM DIGITAL LTD.

Our conversion model

Credium acts as principal: you buy supported assets from Credium or sell them to Credium. Credium uses its own fiat and digital-asset treasury. Liquidity providers supply liquidity for rebalancing that treasury; they are not automatically the counterparty to each customer conversion.

Conversions are me-to-me. The source and destination must belong to the same verified customer. An authorised representative may act for a verified business, but a business order must use the business's accounts or wallets.

The service is non-custodial in the following sense: Credium does not hold the private keys to your external wallets or provide an ongoing customer crypto balance. Crypto sent for conversion is received at a Credium-controlled operational address and handled for that order's conversion, settlement or lawful return. Temporary operational receipt is part of the conversion process.

Credium does not provide ongoing fiat balances, deposit accounts, payment accounts, e-money, third-party payments, lending, staking or interest through this service.

Supported conversions

RouteSourceDestination
BuyYour verified EUR or USD bank, payment or EMI accountYour verified wallet or crypto-provider account receiving USDC or EURC on Ethereum
SellYour verified wallet or crypto-provider account sending USDC or EURC on EthereumYour verified EUR or USD bank, payment or EMI account
SwapYour verified wallet or crypto-provider account sending USDC or EURC on EthereumYour verified wallet or crypto-provider account receiving the other supported token on Ethereum

Only the combinations displayed as available when you create a route can be used. This service does not offer standalone fiat-to-fiat transfers or exchanges. Send only the supported asset on the stated network, using the exact instructions provided. A matching token name or symbol does not make another token contract, bridged token or network supported.

How a route works

1. Verify your identity or business

Complete identity or business verification with Credium. We verify authorised representatives and beneficial owners where relevant, assess the purpose of the relationship and perform the required compliance checks before allowing conversions.

2. Verify accounts and wallets you own

Add bank, payment or electronic-money institution accounts in your name. An eligible customer may use an account located in the EEA or the UK if the institution and account are supported; the account's location does not change the customer's eligibility requirements.

For a private wallet, demonstrate control using a verification message signature. The verification message does not authorise a transfer or spending approval. For an account or address at another crypto institution, provide evidence linking it to your own verified account. Additional evidence may be required for corporate, contract or multisignature wallets.

Credium never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

3. Create your route and accept its conditions

Select the source and destination, the input and output assets and your maximum adverse price movement tolerance. Review the 1% spread, the execution policy, return costs and the applicable terms.

A route remains active for repeated use until cancelled or suspended. Each new transfer is a separate order with a renewed price reference. Creating a route does not lock an exchange rate for future transfers.

4. Follow the funding instructions

For a Buy route, the displayed instructions may provide either an IBAN in your name or an IBAN in Credium's name with a mandatory payment reference. Use the beneficiary name and reference exactly as displayed. These details identify and reconcile your conversion; they do not create a payment account or ongoing fiat balance with Credium. Any separately provided account is governed by the relevant provider's terms.

For a Sell or Swap route, send the supported token on Ethereum to the route's Credium-controlled operational address. This address is not your personal wallet or a balance that can be used for unrelated payments.

5. Receive the conversion in your verified destination

Once the incoming funds or assets have been received, reconciled and cleared for execution, Credium applies the route's accepted pricing and tolerance conditions. The output is sent to your verified destination. Your order record identifies the input, applied price, spread, output and settlement references.
