USDC and EURC are digital tokens, not bank deposits. Their market price may depart from their reference currency. Issuer, reserve, redemption, freeze and insolvency risks can affect their value or transferability. Credium does not promise redemption at par or act as the token issuer.

Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. An incorrect address, token contract or network can cause permanent loss. Ethereum congestion, outages, smart-contract failures, cyber incidents, bank or provider disruptions and legal restrictions may delay or prevent execution or delivery.

Non-custodial external wallets do not remove the risks of temporary settlement exposure to Credium or its providers. Crypto-assets are not protected by Canadian deposit insurance. Do not assume that funds passing through a conversion have a deposit guarantee or a statutory safeguarding arrangement; any separate provider protection depends on that provider's legal terms and eligibility rules.
