Pricing and execution
A 1% spread on every completed conversion
Credium's reference exchange price is based on the mean of prices obtained from its liquidity providers for the relevant conversion. Credium deducts a 1% conversion spread from the input amount actually received and converts the remaining 99% at the applicable reference price.
Example: if Credium receives EUR 1,000, the spread is EUR 10 and EUR 990 is converted. If the execution reference price were 1 EURC per EUR, the output would be 990 EURC. This rate is an illustration, not a guaranteed redemption or exchange rate.
The same 1% input deduction applies to Buy, Sell and Swap orders. Ordinary blockchain gas for Credium's successful conversion and delivery is included in the 1% spread. There is no additional Credium gas charge for that delivery.
Your bank, wallet or other provider may charge you separately for sending funds or assets to Credium or for its own services. Those independently charged costs are not Credium revenue. The conversion calculation uses the amount Credium actually receives. Where a relevant third-party deduction is known, it is disclosed with the applicable instructions or order information.
Your price reference renews with each transfer
The price shown when a route is created is indicative. The reference used to assess adverse price movement is renewed for each deposit using the price relevant to that deposit's verified dispatch time. The percentage tolerance you selected remains attached to the route until you change it for future orders.
The final execution price is determined when the deposit has been received, reconciled and is ready for conversion. Market movement during bank processing, blockchain confirmation or compliance review can therefore change the output.
By activating a route, you authorise automatic execution on that basis without a new confirmation for every deposit. If the adverse movement reaches or exceeds your selected tolerance, the order is not converted and the received asset or currency is returned under the return policy. Credium does not increase your tolerance to execute an order. If a reliable price reference or required dispatch information cannot be established, the order is reviewed or returned rather than executed using an invented reference.
Availability, cancellation and returns
The platform is accessible 24/7. This does not guarantee immediate conversion, continuous bank processing or 24/7 human support. Completion depends on receipt of funds, sufficient blockchain confirmations, reconciliation, compliance checks and the availability of the institutions and networks involved.
Cancelling a route prevents new orders under that route. Incoming funds or assets received after cancellation are handled for return, subject to ownership verification and legal restrictions. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an order already received and being processed under its accepted instructions. Contact support promptly if you need help with an existing order.
Returns are normally made in the original currency or asset to the verified original source. When the source is a crypto institution, the return must use a verified deposit destination for your account at that institution; it may differ from the address from which the institution sent the withdrawal. An alternative destination requires additional same-owner checks. Returns to an unrelated third party are not supported.
An order returned without conversion does not incur the 1% conversion spread. Actual network, bank, provider or revert costs associated with the return may be deducted. We explain the gross amount, applicable costs and net return amount. Mandatory customer rights and responsibility for errors attributable to Credium remain unaffected.
After a return decision and completion of the checks required to release funds, our operational target is to submit the return instruction within 12 elapsed hours. Where manual exception review is needed, our target is two Vancouver business days once the required information is available. These are processing targets, not guarantees of arrival in the receiving account. Sanctions restrictions, legal orders, unresolved ownership, missing information or external outages can prevent or delay a return; we provide an update where legally permitted.
Transfers involving the wrong network, an unsupported asset, an incorrect address, missing references or an amount below the cost of recovery require individual assessment. Recovery is not guaranteed. We explain available recovery options and relevant costs where recovery is possible; funds are not treated as forfeited simply because an exception has occurred.
